The Villas at Central Park 2020 annual meeting will be held on Monday, February 24th in the large community at 6:30pm in the Bel Aire city building. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. See attached agenda in the Documents & Links section.

A special meeting of the Villas at Central Park Homeowners Association will take place on FRIDAY, AUGUST 9 AT 5PM in the Community Room at the Bel Aire Administration Building, 7651 E. Central Park Avenue. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

The July BOD meeting will be held on July 24th at 4 PM in the community room in the Bel Aire City building. All home owners are encouraged to attend to discuss important community items.
Bel Air will be hosting their annal city-wide garage sale June 21st - 23rd.

Spring Curbside Cleanup Day

Waste Connections will make one pass thru the City to pick up unwanted items. Items must be set by curb prior to 7:00 a.m.

The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Villas at Central Park Homeowners Association will be held on TUESDAY, February 26 at 5:00pm Membership will vote on changes to the Covenants and Bylaws recommended by the BOD. Review of financial information for the Association will also be presented. We look forward to participation by all homeowners in this meeting.
Meetings are held in the Senior Center Room at the Bel Aire City Hall Building. All owners are welcome to attend.
Our neighborhood
The Villas at Central Park is located in the North/East section of the Central Park development, close to Bel Aire City Hall and the police station and is only minutes away from the community pool and playground.
The Villas community consists of stylish brick homes with several layout plans available, including modern, ranch and bungalow styles complimented by trees, beautiful landscapes and luscious green lawns.
The HOA
The Villas at Central Park HOA is responsible for maintaining the common areas and providing limited lawn maintenance and snow removal for our homeowners. We are also responsible for defining and implementing the bylaws.
The HOA is made up of property owners within our community.
